Other than that, I do have a good staffing experience, especially on clockwork servers such as final hope roleplay, combined roleplay, or even other communities on which I was a senior admin such as Werewolf gaming (the SCP server) or KDG DarkRP in 2014. I've been actively staffing several servers since 2013 and believe that I can be up to the task on here. Having over 8000 hours on garry's mod, I know the staff commands well. I have been playing 1942RP since 2013, starting with PoG back in the days. I also have a vast knowledge regarding WW2 history related subjects.  [b]What are the duties of a staff member?: [/b]The duties of a staff member are complex, but easy to master once acquired. Firstly, a staff member is supposed to enforce the rules, making sure that the environment the players are roleplaying in isn't breaking any server rules and are concluded in mutual respect. A staff member should also prioritize the use of speech instead of straight up banning peoples. Talking to someone in a calm manner, if the person seems reasonable enough might get him/her to understand you and even give you an apology. A staff member should also be able to help newer players if they have questions regarding the server or the community in general, and should be able to help them out accordingly. Finally, a staff member should be active on the server, substituting roleplay for OOC administration.  [b]Do you understand what a staff chain of command is?: [/b]Yes, I do.  [u][b]Situations[/b][/u]  [b]How would you transfer someone called "John Doe" from the civilian faction to the SS-Polizei-Regiment 3 faction? You take the 2 players involved to a sit and they are arguing and not listening to you. How would you control the situation?[/b]  I'd ask them politely to calm down, and if they would ignore me and the situation would degenerate, I'd gag them both, allowing them only to type while I check the logs to see who is lying and who is telling the truth. I'd then administer the sentence to the player that RDM'd, (A warn/Kick/Ban depending on his history and the severity), and ungag him or them both, telling them to drop the subject and bringing them back down from the roof, ending the admin sit. [b]A fellow member of staff is abusing his powers by giving himself and his friends money/guns. Who do you bring this issue to and what do you do?[/b] Firstly, I gather proof. Checking logs and such, observing the staff member. Then, I simply send the proof to the upper administration that will resolve this issue.
