This was an un just banm because I was ordered to order my men to shoot and kill any civilians on the streets, they just happened to be close to the spawn, I was not directly going into spawn to kill them. The staff member who banned me was fired shortly after the incident.[/b]  [b]What makes you different from the other applicants?: I have lots of knowledge on WW2 and I have been role-playing on ww2 rp servers since last year. I was the chief of the RuSHA and Ahnenerbe on typhon as well as I have lots of staff experience. I know how officers should behave as well as staff. I have been mistreated by staff before so I know very well how a staff member I supposed to behave. I enjoyed my time as being staff on the other servers that I was staff on, I enjoy helping the community and the players themselves. As I stated above I have a vast knowledge of WW2 and I have role played as high ranking officers and the chief of 2 departments. [/b]  [b]What are the duties of a staff member?: A staff member is supposed to be there for the community and to help with any and all issues that come up. Staff are supposed to be friendly and nice to all players and help them with whatever issues they need help with within their ability to. A staff member is here to dedicate their time and devotion to help the players and better the community itself. [/b]  [b]Do you understand what a staff chain of command is?: Yes, A chain of command goes from the lowest ranking staff member to the highest, it looks something like this: Moderator>Administrator>Super Administrator>Senior Administrator>Staff Manager>Server Manager[/b]  [u][b]Situations[/b][/u]  [b]How would you transfer someone called "John Doe" from the civilian faction to the SS-Polizei-Regiment 3 faction? Show every command you would use below: I would use /plytransfer to transfer him from a civilian to the polizie, I would then use /charsetbodygroup to give him the necessary equiptment and uniform, lastly I would use /chargiveitem to give him the necessary items he would need.[/b]  [b]Someone makes a report that they have been RDMd. You take the 2 players involved to a sit and they are arguing and not listening to you. How would you control the situation?[/b] [b]A fellow member of staff is abusing his powers by giving himself and his friends money/guns. Who do you bring this issue to and what do you do? 1. I would mute both of them first, then I would un mute the player who made the complaint then once I hear what the complaintant had to say I would un mute the RDMer and hear his side of the story and proceed accordingly. 2. I would immediatly go to the staff manager and inform him of what the staff member is doing. I myself would tell the staff member doing said actions is not ok in the slightest but I would still go directly to the staff manager about this. [/b] [u][b]Conclusion[/b][/u]  [b]I, Blackhawk, understand that if I do not adhere to the rules, I will be removed from the staff team without any notice or reason.[/b]
