I also have experience in normal staff such as administrator and senior moderator on defcon and was a co owner on a server but it got shut down.  I was all ranks once before in my time playing gmod and im really familiar with anything to do with ulx.  The only thing is im just learning about nutscript so im not too familiar with those commands [u][b]Staff Knowledge[/b][/u]  [b]Have you previously received any sort of punishments on our past/current server, if so, what were they for?: I was accused of corruption by banning/demoting staff when i was a community manager and was gonna be blacklisted from there servers but some logs and screenshots came up showing my innocence.  tbh i didnt do that and i was on that server since i first got the game and left in 2016[/b]  [b]What makes you different from the other applicants?: I am highly experience at my role and i take my job seriously and always work to the best of my abilities[/b]  [b]What are the duties of a staff member?: The duties of a staff member is to help the players of the network enjoy there rp experience and enforce the rules of the server.  The staff also looks for people who try to ruin the rp experience of other players.[/b]  [b]Do you understand what a staff chain of command is?: yes the moderators/STCs/T-Mods are the lowest while the Manager is the highest you can actually be [/b]  [u][b]Situations[/b][/u]  [b]How would you transfer someone called "John Doe" from the civilian faction to the SS-Polizei-Regiment 3 faction? Show every command you would use below: i would do /plytransfer to put them into the polizei /charsetbodygroup with there specific model requested by the person recruiting them /chareditname to change there name to anwater or whatever that need and would send them on the way.  I wouldnt give them any items because i consider that abuse[/b]  [b]Someone makes a report that they have been RDMd. You take the 2 players involved to a sit and they are arguing and not listening to you. How would you control the situation?[/b]  I will tell them to be quiet or ill mute them.  If they continue ill gag both of them and tell them to speak one at a time to i can actually understand what they are saying.  Ill either make them type or ill ungag one at a time.  Ill check logs to see if he actually killed him and see if it was a gunfight.  I will then see if any of them has proof of the rdm being screenshots video proof ect.  I will take witnesses as evidence but i will check if they are on the accusers/defendants friends list first to see if they are just covering a friend or not. [b]A fellow member of staff is abusing his powers by giving himself and his friends money/guns. Who do you bring this issue to and what do you do?[/b] I will make sure to record and screenshot the abuse. I will then reset the bank account of the person he gave the money to for a bogus reason such as breaking nlr or rdm to make it not look suspicious and i will leave the staff member alone and spectate them while I show the proof to the highest staff rank that is on the server.  I will also send it to the owner and manager for them to make sure people like that will be removed from the community.  If im given permission from any higher up to ban the staff member and the friend that was given the money I would do that instead of leaving him alone.
