Who do you bring this issue to and what do you do?: [/b]For the RDM situation I would gag both players and proceed to gain more information from both parties before making a decision, for the situation regarding the staff abuse I would TP the staff members to a private location have a short talk with him, if his staff rank is below me I would terminate it for the time until the "investigation" is completed and through before handing out a "verdict", if he is above me I take it to Head of the staff team and if needed the Owner.
