You take the 2 players involved to a sit and they are arguing and not listening to you. How would you control the situation?[/b] [b]A fellow member of staff is abusing his powers by giving himself and his friends money/guns. Who do you bring this issue to and what do you do?[/b] I either gag one of the individuals to allow the other to speak in the meantime and have them present their stories one at a time - while this happens I gather evidence of the staff who abuses his powers via a screen capture device, probaby Shadowplay - after that I send it to the Staff Manager,  FlamingMERC02. Once that's done, I continue with the RDM issue at hand and weigh the options necessary, once a culprit is found I relay the punishment that is deemed appropriate for RDM, which is a kick.
